1/2 kilo pusit
1/2 lemon or 5 kalamansi
1 tsp black pepper
8 cloves garlic

3 tbs mother's best (Worcestershire sauce)

Clean the squids very well, removed the long thin membrane the back and cut the eye to bring out them ink.
put the squids in one bowl, add the golden garlic and onion, 7-up and 1/2 pepper.
marinate it for 3o mins (put at the ref)
Then crushed the remaining garlic, saute it in a casserole add the onion and tomato.
boiled it until the tomatoes are very soft, add squids cover it, let simmer for 12 to 15 mins.
season with pepper and ajinomoto(vet-sin)
1 med carrots- cut it stripes
2 cups of strips cabbage } Saute onion till light brown, then add the cut vegetables and

3 tbs.Worcestershire sauce }cook it for 5 mins. after u off the fire put the sauce.
