Matagal konang tinatanong sa sarili ko ang bagay na ito, bakit po ba kung alin pa yong talagang hirap na hirap sa buhay ay sya pang napakaraming anak? Hindi po ba dapat isa ay tama na muna! upang makayanang ibigay ang pang araw-araw nyang panganga ilangan, lalo napo ang pag kain.

Bilang magulang, pano po naten maatim makita ang lima, anim, o higit pang anak na di kumakain ng sapat sa araw araw? Nakakalungkot pong isipin at makita na…napakarami napong mga batang lansangan, sa murang katawan at isipan kaylangan na nilang matutong mag banat ng buto upang mabuhay. Maging marungis at mag palimos sa lansangan! Ang karamihay…nag aadik at kapit sa patalim na lamang.

Mga magulang na walang alam kondi mag parami ng anak at pag daka’y pababayaan, walang awa sa mga anak na isinilang, mga batang nagiging malabo ang kinabukasan dahil sa kapabayaan ng mga magulang. Sana po maisip ninyong ibigay ang karapatang mabuhay ng maayos ang inyong mga anak, mapag aral at makatapos, upang pag dating ng panahon…mabuhay din nila ng ayos ang kanilang magiging anak.

Dates fruit

Dates are one of the most important food in the middle east, especially at the Ramadan time, because we eat this one first before the Futor,(breakfast) of fasting Islam people. This fruit came from the date palm tree, its usually grows in the middle east, in hottest places. This fruit is very sweet even you did'nt add sugar with it. I loved dates very much, especially the crunchy one its color yellow or red, it called ba'llah in arabic.
The ripe dates is very nice for the cake, im sure you will loved it!

Chilli Crab

1 tbsp. peanut oil
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp.ginger grated
4 pcs. red hot chili
1 tbsp.fish sauce
1/3 cup (8oml) tomato sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp.brown sugar
1 cup (25oml) fish stocks
1 cup water
1/4 cup fresh coriander or shallot (chopped)

Saute garlic, ginger, chili until done.Add the sauce, sugar, stock, water let boil the crab for 10 minutes, or until the sauce become little bit sticky.

*Transfer it to the serving plate,sprinkle onion or coriander on top!

Fried milk fish ala tricia


1 medium milk fish(sliced and clean it well)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 medium onion(strips)
2 tomatoes (cut strips)
1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp papa catchup
2 pcs.bird's eye chili (chopped)
2 medium carrots(shredded)
3 tbsp.shallot(chopped)
1-1/2 tbsp.sugar(washed)
10 ml. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
1/2 tsp fish sauce


Add salt to the fish and fried it(set aside) in one sauce pan, saute onion then add the shredded carrots, put a bit sauce. (just 1 minute on the fire remove it) then set aside


Saute onion and garlic, make it light brown, add the tomato, water, pepper, chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and catchup.mixed it well.(let simmer for 2 minutes)

*Arrange the fried fish in one serving plate,carrots on top and sprinkle chopped shallot on it!

Pinangat na dilis

1/2 kilo dilis
1/2 tsp durog paminta
1 tsp.iodized salt
4 cloves garlic( miced)
1/2 cup datu suka
1 medium onion
salt to taste
1/2 tsp.ajinomoto
1/2 cup tubig.
1 tbsp.luya (durog)
2 tsp cooking oil
2 pirasong siling berde
2 pirasong sili laboyo
Dahon ng saging o gabe

Paraan ng pag luluto:

Hugasang mabuti ang dilis, ilagay sa isang mangkok. ilagay ang paminta, asin, paghaluin.
sa ilalim ng palayok o kaldero,ilagay ang luya, asin, bawang, sibuyas, sili. Pagkabalot ng dilis
ilagay sa lutuan,ibuhos ang suka at tubig at oil, pagkulo, hinaan ang apoy hanggang maluto.

Hot dog sandwich


1 tsp.dijon mustard
1 tbsp.papa ketchup
hot dog (as you need)
grated cheese

You can eat it with simple salad(as you like)
and french fries.
