Chicken Liver with tomato sauce.























Ingredients:

1/2 kl. chicken liver
2 tbsps. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
10 ml. soy sauce
115g tomato sauce
2pcs. potato (cut it 8pcs)
1 red pepper (sliced into strips)
1 pc laurel leaves.
1 medium carrot (half flower shape)
3 cups water

Procedure:

Marinate liver in soy sauce,and pepper for 30 minutes.
fry potato till light brown (set aside) saute onion and garlic,make it golden brown,add liver, tomato sauce, chili pepper, then covered. (simmer for 10 minutes) add water, then...when the sauce become thicker, follow carrot, potato, and bell pepper let it boil for 2 minutes.(or until done)


Served it with hot rice,yummy!!!
