Lobster Fettuccine
Ingredients:
2 medium size lobster,(5oo-6oo g each)
5oo g fettuccine pasta
4-5 red tomatoes, peeled and chopped
5-6 garlic gloves, crushed with bit of salt
1 tsp. hot pepper paste
1 pack thick tomato paste (135 g)
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
1/2 tsp.pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 bunch of parsley, (chopped)
Preparation:
*boil the lobster 7-9 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water. Remove the meat from the tails and legs, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
*heat olive oil in pan and lightly fry the garlic.
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste diluted with 1/2 cup water, pepper paste, white pepper and salt.
*cook until the sauce is slightly thickened.
*Heat enough water in another saucepan adding 1 tbsp salt and 3-4 tbsp olive oil. When the water starts, drop in the fettuccini and boil until almost cooked.
*Drain and mixed with the prepared tomato sauce and lobster meat.
*Arranged in a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve as a main dish for dinner.
Option:
If lobster are not available, you can replace them with 1 kg medium-sized shrimps, boiled and peeled.

Grabe! We went to our old friends yesterday with my family, get together ika nga, tagal di nag kita eh. Masaya kwentuhan, buskahan,tawanan. But later on...iba na topic, Alam nyo napo my isang husband na....naligaw ng landas,(date po yon) ito tuloy si friend, nag mukhang old na.Syempre payo to death ang mga amiga! napasok na ang mga ino-okray sa tv. tulad nong lolang natutulog sa disco,he! he! tapos next na punta nya eh...transform na nga.
Minsan...talagang, prang masarap nalang mag stay sa bahay diba?para iwas okray, He! he! kayo po dapat...wag nyo pabayaan beauty nyo ha,wag palusyang ng di ma-0kray.

Shawarma meat.
3 cups beef fillet (cut strips)
2cups onion (sliced)
1 tsp.garlic (grated)
1/4 cup fresh coriander chop
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup lemon extract
1 tbsp.white vinegar
1/2 tsp.black pepper
salt to taste
7 spices
1 cup tahina sauce
radish rose sliced
1 cup lettuce leaves (cut strips)
1 cup red bell pepper( chopped)
Procedure:
Mixed vinegar,black pepper,lemon, garlic, salt, 7 spices to the meat,leave it for 30 minutes at the ref. add onion to the meat and cook it at the very low fire until the sauce become dry.
Add butter and coriander to the meat,stir for 5 minutes.
Mix all cut vegetables, add to your yummy sandwich.
Sauce:
4 Tbsp.tahina cream (its made of sesame seeds you can buy it at the arab food section)
1/2 cup lemon extract
1/2 cup coriander ( chopped)
mixed it all, until it become sticky sauce,a bit of salt to taste.
Yummy!!! its nice with French fries, try it.

Adobong pusit
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo pusit
1/2 lemon or 5 kalamansi
1 tsp black pepper
3 tomatoes
8 cloves garlic
1 cup or 6 ml 7-up
3 tbs mother's best (Worcestershire sauce)
salt to taste
Procedure:
Clean the squids very well, removed the long thin membrane the back and cut the eye to bring out them ink.
put the squids in one bowl, add the golden garlic and onion, 7-up and 1/2 pepper.
marinate it for 3o mins (put at the ref)
Then crushed the remaining garlic, saute it in a casserole add the onion and tomato.
boiled it until the tomatoes are very soft, add squids cover it, let simmer for 12 to 15 mins.
season with pepper and ajinomoto(vet-sin)
VEGETABLES SIDINGS:
1 med carrots- cut it stripes
2 cups of strips cabbage } Saute onion till light brown, then add the cut vegetables and
1 cup of bean sprout
3 tbs.Worcestershire sauce }cook it for 5 mins. after u off the fire put the sauce.

Amazing Sunset.
Sarap sa pakiramdam weekend na, I don't need to wake early, at ang best don bonding ng family, kulitan up to the limit. Luto kung ano maisipan, walking around sometime's mas maganda pa po dito lang sa paligid ng bahay, sariwa hangin, malayo kapa sa pulyosyon ng mga sasakyang grabe talaga kung magbuga ng itim na usok.
Tingnan nyo po yang picture na yan, wala lang po, naisipan ko lang kunan habang nag lalakad kame ng husband ko dito sa backyad namen, maganda po diba? nakaka-libang tingnan.

Chinese Crab & Sweet corn Soup
1 Tbsp.oil
1 small onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 small ginger grated
1 small chili
2 tbsp dry sherry/chinese rice wine
225 grams/8oz fresh crab meat
11oz can sweet corn (326g)
6oo ml chicken stock
1 tsp leght soy sauce 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
2 eg,beaten,salt& pepper.
saute onion,until softened,add garlic,ginger,chili, cook further men.add sherry/rice wine let it boil until half,add crab,sweet corn,chicken stock,soy sauce,boil for 5 mins.put coriander,season to taste,last ...egg, after a minute mixed,.
yammy!ready to served,try this its good for the kids.

Dr.Jose Rizal
Si Dr.Jose Rizal ay isinilang sa Calamba laguna,noong ika-19 ng Hunyo,1861.Sina Francisco Mercado Rizal at Teodora Alonzo ang kanyang mga magulang.Tinawag syang Pepe o epito noong bata pa sya.
Mula sa pagkabata ang kanyang angking katalinuhan,sa gulang na tatlong taon ay natuto agad syang bumasa ng Kastilasa matiyagang pagtuturo ng kanyang ina. Ugali niyang magmalasakit sa kapwa at ang pagiging matulungin kahit na laking-yaman siya.Palagi niyang binabanggit na tutulong siya sa kanyang mga kababayan sa abot ng kanyang kakayahan.
Marami siyang nata[pos na kurso,Mahusay na paaralan ang kanyang mga pinasukan.Ang medisina ay tinapos niya sa ibang bansa.Dahil sa katalinuhan,Itinuturing siyang henyo ng kahit sino.
Naging kaaway siya ng mga kastila dahil sa kanyang mga isinulat.Ibinunyag niya ang kasamaan at pagmamalabis ng mga kastila at prayle upang mabuksan ang isip ng mga Pilipinong nagdurusa.Ang kanyang noli me Tangere at El Filibusterismo ang matibay na batayan upang ipagtanggol ng mga Pilipino ang kanilang mga karapatan.
Ang dalawang aklat na ito ang naging dahilan upang siya ay ipadakipm at ipatapon sa Dapitan,Zamboanga.Doon niya nakilala si Josephine Bracken,ang kanyang naging maybahay.Sumulat din siya sa La Solidaridad. Itinatag niya niya ang La Liga Filipina,ang samahan para sa pagbabago sa Pilipinas.Umanib din siya sa Katipunan.
Binaril si Dr.Jose Rizal noong Disyembre 30,1896 sa Bagumbayan,ngayon ay liwasang Rizal.

Sea food Pancit bihon and Canton
3 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/4up onion, chopped
1/4 cup shrimps,shelled
1/2 kl. squid, rings
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
3 cups chicken broth
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
500g egg noodles
1-1/2 cup cauliflower,divided into flowerets
1 cup snow peas
1 cup cabbage, sliced into 1"strips
3 dried mushrooms,sliced
1/2 cup celery, sliced
2 (180g)cans century tuna with calamansi, drained
2 Tbsp spring onions, chooped
1.In a large pan, heat oil and saute garlic until brown.Add the onion.stir in the shrimp,squid,pepper,chili sauce and oyster sauce.Cook for 3 to 5 minutes; set aside
2. In the same pan,Add the chicken broth,soy sauce and sesame oil.Bring to boil.Add the noodles.Cover the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes; set aside
3.Stir in the vegetables and dried mushroom with the noodles.cook for 3 minutes.
Add the sauteed seafood, tuna and spring onions. Toast gently together.
Removed from the heat.
Served hot with garlic bread or sliced bread, Delicious!!!kids gonna loved it.
