Chinese Crab & Sweet corn Soup



1 Tbsp.oil
1 small onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 small ginger grated
1 small chili
2 tbsp dry sherry/chinese rice wine
225 grams/8oz fresh crab meat
11oz can sweet corn (326g)
6oo ml chicken stock
1 tsp leght soy sauce 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
2 eg,beaten,salt& pepper.

saute onion,until softened,add garlic,ginger,chili, cook further men.add sherry/rice wine let it boil until half,add crab,sweet corn,chicken stock,soy sauce,boil for 5 mins.put coriander,season to taste,last ...egg, after a minute mixed,.


yammy!ready to served,try this its good for the kids.
