Fried milk fish ala tricia



Ingredients:

1 medium milk fish(sliced and clean it well)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 medium onion(strips)
2 tomatoes (cut strips)
1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp papa catchup
2 pcs.bird's eye chili (chopped)
2 medium carrots(shredded)
3 tbsp.shallot(chopped)
1-1/2 tbsp.sugar(washed)
10 ml. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
1/2 tsp fish sauce

Procedure:

Add salt to the fish and fried it(set aside) in one sauce pan, saute onion then add the shredded carrots, put a bit sauce. (just 1 minute on the fire remove it) then set aside

Sauce:

Saute onion and garlic, make it light brown, add the tomato, water, pepper, chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and catchup.mixed it well.(let simmer for 2 minutes)

*Arrange the fried fish in one serving plate,carrots on top and sprinkle chopped shallot on it!
