Chilli Crab


1 tbsp. peanut oil
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp.ginger grated
4 pcs. red hot chili
1 tbsp.fish sauce
1/3 cup (8oml) tomato sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp.brown sugar
1 cup (25oml) fish stocks
1 cup water
1/4 cup fresh coriander or shallot (chopped)

Saute garlic, ginger, chili until done.Add the sauce, sugar, stock, water let boil the crab for 10 minutes, or until the sauce become little bit sticky.


*Transfer it to the serving plate,sprinkle onion or coriander on top!
