Beef balls with egg












Ingredients:

1/2 kg ground beef
1-cup raisin
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shallot( leaves of onion chop)
1/2 cup papa ketchup
salt to taste
1 cup grated carrots
1 med.capsicum
100 g bread crumbs
1 jumbo hot dog
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
1 cup grated cheese ( keso de bola, eden,mozzarella)
hard boiled eggs-as you needed.

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients, except egg. ( haluing mabuti) then.... wrap the boiled egg inside on it, (make round like a ball) bring banana leaves, (boild it for 2 mins) balutin ang meat balsl one by one,
taliang mabuti ang mag kabilang dulo, ilagay sa steamer, let it simmer for 1 hr at the medium fire.
palamigin, at alisin ang dahong naka- balot.tsaka iprito.Palamigin,tsaka hiwain.

Pancit with calamaris.





Ingredients:

1/2 kilo golden bihon
1/2 kilo calamaris
250 grams kikiam
2 med. carrots
1/2 kilo cabbage
6 cloves garlic
1 big onion
1 Lt water
80 ml soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp black pepper
1 ajinomoto ginisa mix(.7g)
20ml cooking oil

Procedure:

Saute garlic and onion till golden brown, set aside 1/2 of it.
then saute carrots, add the rest vegetables, put some soy sauce on it, cook it for 5 mins set aside.
at the same pan saute the calamaris, add the 1/2 garlic and onion you removed it before.after 6 mins. add water,soy sauce,oil and pepper, when it boiled put the noodles,mix 1/2 of vege on it.when the sauce is gone transfer it to the serving plate, put vege on top and cut some lemon or calamansi as a decor on top! meryenda time!!!

Fried milk fish ala tricia



Ingredients:

1 medium milk fish(sliced and clean it well)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 medium onion(strips)
2 tomatoes (cut strips)
1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp papa catchup
2 pcs.bird's eye chili (chopped)
2 medium carrots(shredded)
3 tbsp.shallot(chopped)
1-1/2 tbsp.sugar(washed)
10 ml. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
1/2 tsp fish sauce

Procedure:

Add salt to the fish and fried it(set aside) in one sauce pan, saute onion then add the shredded carrots, put a bit sauce. (just 1 minute on the fire remove it) then set aside

Sauce:

Saute onion and garlic, make it light brown, add the tomato, water, pepper, chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and catchup.mixed it well.(let simmer for 2 minutes)

*Arrange the fried fish in one serving plate,carrots on top and sprinkle chopped shallot on it!

Adobong pusit

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo pusit
1/2 lemon or 5 kalamansi
1 tsp black pepper
3 tomatoes
8 cloves garlic
1 cup or 6 ml 7-up
3 tbs mother's best (Worcestershire sauce)
salt to taste

Procedure:

Clean the squids very well, removed the long thin membrane the back and cut the eye to bring out them ink.

put the squids in one bowl, add the golden garlic and onion, 7-up and 1/2 pepper.
marinate it for 3o mins (put at the ref)

Then crushed the remaining garlic, saute it in a casserole add the onion and tomato.
boiled it until the tomatoes are very soft, add squids cover it, let simmer for 12 to 15 mins.

season with pepper and ajinomoto(vet-sin)

VEGETABLES SIDINGS:

1 med carrots- cut it stripes
2 cups of strips cabbage } Saute onion till light brown, then add the cut vegetables and
1 cup of bean sprout
3 tbs.Worcestershire sauce }cook it for 5 mins. after u off the fire put the sauce.
