yummy Party Spaghetti.


Ingredients:

1/3 cup cooking oil
2 med. onions
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
500 g ground beef
5 pcs. hot dog (fried and sliced it)
4-1/2 cups tomato sauce
2-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
2-1/2 cups banana ketchup
3-1/2 cups beef stock
3/4 tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup sugar
1 kg spaghetti noodles (boiled)
1-1/2 cup grated cheese

Procedure:

1. In a sauce pan,heat oil and saute garlic and onions till ligth brown.
2.Add ground beef,cook till medium brown, add hot dog and continue cooking for one minute.
3.Blend in tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, banana ketchup and beef stock.
4. Simmer till sligtly thicker.
5. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, adjust to taste.
6. toss in spaghetti noodles.
7. top with grated cheese.

COOKING PROCEDURE FOR THE NOODLES.

1. Bring 6 litters of water to boil, add 3 tbsp cooking oil and 2 tbsp salt.
2. Add i kg of spaghetti noodles, stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking.
3. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes or till tender but...firm to the bite.(di malabsak) not over cook.
4. Rinse immediately with tap cold water and drain well.
5. Toss in 3 tbsp of margarine or butter.

*It will be more tastier if you will add grated Parmesan cheese on top.(as u like)

Lobster Fettuccine




Ingredients:

2 medium size lobster,(5oo-6oo g each)
5oo g fettuccine pasta
4-5 red tomatoes, peeled and chopped
5-6 garlic gloves, crushed with bit of salt
1 tsp. hot pepper paste
1 pack thick tomato paste (135 g)
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
1/2 tsp.pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 bunch of parsley, (chopped)

Preparation:

*boil the lobster 7-9 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water. Remove the meat from the tails and legs, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

*heat olive oil in pan and lightly fry the garlic.
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste diluted with 1/2 cup water, pepper paste, white pepper and salt.

*cook until the sauce is slightly thickened.

*Heat enough water in another saucepan adding 1 tbsp salt and 3-4 tbsp olive oil. When the water starts, drop in the fettuccini and boil until almost cooked.

*Drain and mixed with the prepared tomato sauce and lobster meat.

*Arranged in a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve as a main dish for dinner.


Option:

If lobster are not available, you can replace them with 1 kg medium-sized shrimps, boiled and peeled.
